Driver was amazing! manager is HORRIBLE refused to give me a refund after my pizza AND the pizza sent for replacement was wrong! Argued with me otp to come to 0 resolution (mind you this was a $70+ order) I order from pudgies constantly and I’ve never encountered this quality of service. This is the way you respond to the local loyal customers you got left?

I work as a delivery driver and pick up orders from this pizzeria almost every day. Today I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism. The order included a large pizza, three large drinks, and two salads. The employee handed me the drinks without a cup holder and initially placed the salads and other items on top of the pizza box instead of properly preparing the order for transport. When I asked for a cup holder, I was told, “Don’t you have cup holders in your car?” That is not the point. Not every vehicle has enough cup holders, and as a delivery driver, I am responsible for transporting orders safely. How am I supposed to carry three large drinks, a pizza, and additional items with only two hands? Only after I pointed out the problem did the employee put some of the items into a bag. My concern is that I should not have to ask for basic packaging or explain why a cup holder is needed. These are basic things that should be done automatically when preparing a delivery order. I was also told that they are a small business and do not have money for cup holders. However, that should not become a problem for delivery drivers who are trying to transport orders safely and

The staff were so helpful when we ordered food for our daughter’s post commencement gathering back at her apartment immediately after the ceremony. We knew people would be hungry so we just wanted a quick way to feed a lot of hungry people. They got the family pack to us right after the ceremony ended right to her apartment despite it being very heavy traffic from graduation. Everyone loved the pizza and wings. I highly recommend this. We heard from other families who went out for lunch after commencement and waited hours for their food. Skip that and have Pudgies instead!!

We have been eating pudgies Pizza for years. And they never disappoint. They're always friendly and quick.And if I get a delivery, it's always here, fast and they're always polite that's a bit sir.

Finding something that everyone agrees on, a place that isn't insanely busy and something that isn't going to break the bank. We found a winner. Fridays are always a challenge for dinner for my family. Pudgies has always been that hidden gem that alot forget about. The website makes ordering and paying for it so easy. We ordered the party pack. For the amount of food you get, it was worth the price. It was delivered in short time and the food was still hot. The delivery guy(George) was great. He greeted me with a smile, he was courteous and very professional. After grabbing some of the food from him, he seen that I was struggling a little bit and he told me to take my time. I appreciated the fact that he wasn't trying to throw everything at me and rush out. He waited for me to put some things down, wish me a good day and even close my door for me. The food was delicious. Thank you for a great experience.
